Assessor or Trainer Training
Assessor Training: Assessor training enables an individual to assess the current standards of a driver effectively and comment authoritatively on that finding.
Train the Trainer Course: An in house trainer/coach can assess the individual’s current standard and also improve upon those existing skills. They will also encourage continued use of those skills through self-motivation and self-appraisal.
Aimed At:
Companies who wish to internally train their employees or supervisors to assess the practical safety and suitability of potential, new, established or agency drivers.
Location:
Any location, your head office, depot or a local hotel etc
Duration:
5 days for 2 drivers.

Aims:

Objectives:
At the end of the session delegates will:
- Be competent in assessing a driver’s standard.
- Be competent in assessing and giving guidance to drivers.
- Be competent at preparing and presenting briefings.
- Understand the difference between assessing and training.
- Be competent in providing professional training for areas of weakness identified during assessment.
Method:
By the use of classroom teaching, vehicle training and mock assessments we gain a detailed insight into an individual's training needs. Various training and visual aids are used, as well as practical sessions in driving, assessing and presentations.
