Unilever UK see the benefits

Alan Nicholls of the Risk and Insurance Department of Unilever UK gives his view on the benefits that Driving Services offer.

“The benefits of the training programme to Unilever are evident through lower insurance premiums and fewer insurance claims, which means less staff and vehicle downtime. It has also been noticed that fuel bills throughout the fleet are generally lower. I am convinced that if we had not undertaken driver training, the costs to the company in terms of insurance premiums and vehicle repairs would be significantly higher than at present."
