More Group use technology to assess drivers

Chris Clark, Fleet Manager of More Group explains how they are working with Driving Services to reduce claim ratios.

"Driving Services was approached to put together a driver training programme, with the initial aim of reducing the company’s claims ratio through a full risk management scheme. As the programme has been effective we have now taken on the Desktop Driving Assessment as a method of evaluating the attitude, driving abilities and general road knowledge of company vehicle drivers. The assessment is being used in conjunction with other training services to establish the areas of training which require prioritisation."
