Record year for Driving Services

Driving Services announced today that at their latest year end, October 2002, they had a record year in people trained, turnover and profit.

Doug Jenkins, Managing Director of Driving Services said: “It has been an exciting year for us. We now have in place another Business Manager Mark Leaney and a General Manager Suzanna Shepherd. Suzanna has made a tremendous difference in our working practices, which in turn has improved our turnover and profit.

The year ahead is already very busy and contrary to signals from our competitors, we will be very busy through December and January. We also have just launched our new web site and have exciting plans for further development. I also believe that our continued success is built around our customer service which is second to none, as we are still looking after many of our customers we started the business with over 14 years ago”.

General Manager Suzanna Shepherd said: ”It has been a challenge coming into the service sector from retail management, but being able to apply my experience with such a customer focused and exciting group of people has been very rewarding. There is such opportunities for us and we fully intend to make the most of them”.
