Diving not Driving!

Driver training company boss Doug Jenkins has swapped his fuel tanks for fish tanks and braved a school of sharks to raise funds for the Countess of Chester Hospital.

Doug, who is more used to driving than diving, took the plunge at The Blue Planet Aquarium, Cheshire Oaks, after his workforce at Driving Services smashed their own fund raising targets for the hospital's Breastcare Appeal.

They pledged to raise £1500 through a series of fund raising activities including an Easter raffle, sponsored weight loss, an on-line promise auction and a sweepstake to guess which wedding dress one of their colleagues would choose to get married in.

But the deal was if they exceeded their target then Managing Director Doug would swim with the sharks. At the final count they managed to raise over £1700 and the boss went in search of a wet suit!
