Sarah is responsible for the delivery of the highest standard of customer care to our fleet clients and ensuring that we meet their needs and requirements.
Previous Experience and Relevant Qualifications
Sarah manages the complete end-to-end course delivery process through a team of dedicated administrators and customer care personnel who look after each individual customer. Using her extensive experience of customer care delivery both in the UK and Europe, Sarah ensures that all trainers across the UK are in the right place, at the right time with the right information. Sarah also has a NVQ Level 2 qualification in customer care as well as training in the areas of operational excellence, management and leadership capabilities and effective telephone techniques.
