When Doug Jenkins established Driving Services in 1988, he was determined to raise the standard of road safety among drivers while reducing the insurance premiums of fleet clients. 19 years on, he has succeeded on both counts.

In 1994 Driving Services became the first company in the fleet safety and driver training sector to achieve Investors in People, the Department of Employment's flagship programme for employee development.
